Yes, WWE Pipes Boos In For Certain Raw Stars...

Whether or not piped-in jeers impact your enjoyment is up to you, BUT...

A WWE source has confirmed via Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp that the promotion still pipes in crowd noise for some segments.

Sapp tweeted about the situation during Monday's episode of Raw. His first observation came during the segment featuring Dominik Mysterio and Logan Paul, two of the most prominent heels in modern wrestling, as they interacted with Ricochet and ring announcer Samantha Irvin.

When quote-tweeted by a fan-in-denial, Sapp stated that a person who works for the company had confirmed WWE was piping noise in during Raw.

That WWE still pipes in crowd noise, even in this post-ThunderDome era, is no great surprise, though this company source's acknowledgement of the situation is one of the most significant yet. Whether or not it impacts your enjoyment of the product is entirely personal - it may matter, it may not - but it's a real situation. Likely an unnecessary one, too, given Paul and Mysterio's heel prowess.

Mysterio and Paul's segment with Ricochet and Irvin saw Paul bully Irvin, in character, over Ricochet's loss to Paul at August's SummerSlam event. Ricochet hit the ring to help his fiancée, though the heels escaped before the high-flyer could do significant damage.
