Loud "CM Punk" Chants Break Out On WWE Raw
'The Voice Of The Voiceless' in the voices of yet another WWE crowd as more teases feature on Raw.
CM Punk!
That, as per usual, is the story. Specifically today, it's that his name could clearly be heard during a Monday Night Raw that featured yet another accidental hint/tease that the former AEW Champion is at very least on the company's radar.
The noise broke out - and at least there was something from the crowd during the match - during the short contest between Shinsuke Nakamura and Akira Tozawa on the November 6th edition of the show. 'The King Of Strong Style' is the latest to be tangentially linked to Punk after using the Go2Sleep on Ricochet on the October 9th edition of the show.

It was the latest in a series of coincidences and/or teases that have featured moves or memorable promo lines from Punk's career peppered into various other segments featuring Nakamura, Seth Rollins and others. Ahead of the aforementioned chants, cameras pointed to signs featuring the opening lyrics from Punk's "Cult Of Personality" entrance theme that read "Look in my eyes" and "What do you see?". Commentator Michael Cole then used one of the lines to build drama for the evening's main event between Rollins and Sami Zayn.
Punk chants used to feature prominently on shows in the aftermath of his 2014 departure, but these are tied to something bigger that may (and per most reports, may definitely not) be going down between the company and 'Straight Edge Superstar'.
There hasn't been any overt promotion of Punk from the company, but Survivor Series taking place in Chicago has added fuel to a growing blaze, and it appears for now as if WWE are willing to let This Fire Burn.
