Riskymoney is a cheat that instantly grants the player 10,000 Simoleons, but there's a catch. Every four times you use it, it causes a massive earthquake, so you can only use it three times before the amount of damage it causes to your city outweighs the reward.

However, this doesn't mean you can only get thirty grand from riskymoney without suffering the penalties. You just have to realize how to use it efficiently.
